Brett Beveridge, President and CEO
Brett Beveridge has over 18 years experience in the wireless and
technology industries He is an entrepreneurial, results-driven
executive, with hands-on success in start-ups, profit
turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s and fundraising.
In
various capacities,
Mr. Beveridge has been directly involved with the development,
opening and operating of over 1,000 retail communications
stores nationwide in addition he co-founded letstalk.com, currently
America’s leading e-tailer of technology and wireless products
and services. Brett has been a senior executive, consultant and
vendor to Office Depot, Best Buy, CompUSA, Nextel, Sprint
and Radio Shack, among others.
Tyler Mahler, Vice- President, Operations
Mr. Mahler’s responsibilities include managing operational
compliance and the establishment of policies and procedures by
company functional area. His strong expertise is in
creating measurable, duplicable, and scalable standards, which
will allow The Retail Outsource to better serve our clients.
Tyler has over 30 years experience with major national retail
chains, including Blockbuster Video, Let’s Talk Cellular
and Wireless, and Nextel Retail. His extensive background
involved managing the growth and development for national store
locations, implementing point-of-sale systems, customer service
operations, training, inventory control, billing systems and
sales audits.

Michael Faulk, Vice President, Finance
Michael Faulk is responsible for the Company’s financial strategies, institutional investor relations, daily accounting, budgeting and forecasting functions. Mr. Faulk has over thirty-five years experience in various financial and operational capacities in the retail, wholesale, import and technology industries. As Vice-President of Finance for City Cellular, a nine-store retail wireless chain, he orchestrated the sale to Cellular Warehouse. His success in the import business with Tobacco Holdings was directly related to streamlining distribution and switching manufacturing from South America to Asia, reducing personnel and inventory and increasing margins.
Heather Anderson, Vice President of Marketing
A true retail sell-through professional, Ms. Anderson has spent the past 15 years developing highly effective in-store marketing and sales programs for companies of all sizes and stages of their life cycle in the CE, wireless and telecommunications industries, leading to an American Business Award for Best Marketing Team in 2002. With extensive business development, promotional marketing, and account management roles on the agency side, and retail and catalog channel marketing management on the manufacturer side, her professional passions lie in consulting with clients and developing unique and flexible solutions to align their retail strategies with in-store tactics to build brands and drive sales, as she has done for companies including Motorola, Canon USA, Sony, Sprint, Microsoft, Philips and Vonage, among others.
Loretta Bradshaw, Vice President of Business Development
Loretta Bradshaw has served technology companies for the past 18 years, providing sales and marketing solutions for consumer electronic and wireless companies and retailers. Ms. Bradshaw was directly involved in the development and management of Frontline Specialists, Inc., a national outsourced sales and marketing organization focused on increasing revenue for selected technology products at the retail level. She has been integrally involved in enhancing the customer experience and increasing revenue for many prominent companies such as Belkin, Symantec, Eastman Kodak, Siemens, Philips Consumer Electronics, Intel Corporation, Sanyo, Kyocera, T-Mobile, Handspring, Yamaha Electronics, and others. Ms. Bradshaw has gained national recognition for her work in redefining the way consumer electronics and wireless retail products and services are demonstrated and sold and for her ability to transform these processes into real sales results.
