communications, home theater systems, HDTV, and technology that
controls almost everything in your home. The Retail Outsource
staffed all of our Smart Home operations with
professional people who exceeded their sales goals and developed
reporting and procedures to streamline the business practices."

Radio Shack’s acting Senior Vice President of Wireless. At the time, the
wireless category represented over $2.5 Billion in revenue and was a major focus
of Radio Shack’s overall business strategy. Brett and his team created and began
to implement a comprehensive plan that addressed all aspects of improving our
sales and activation performance in over 6500 Radio Shack retail locations
across North America. This multi pronged strategy included the procurement of
